Julie is a qualified Executive Coach & Mentor, a licensed MAP (Management Assessment of Proficiency) Assessor and Appraisal 360 Practitioner, as well as a qualified EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 facilitator with excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. As a qualified PRINCE 2 Practitioner Julie enjoys leading large scale change projects that deliver measureable results to her client's bottom line.

Julie has built a strong reputation for her ability to design and deliver training/development events that meet the specific needs of private sector companies, charities and educational establishments.


Bruce Noble - Assoc CIPD

Trainer / Facilitator / Mentor / Career Coach

Julie is an experienced, versatile Human Resources Generalist with a successful record in Resourcing, Employee Relations, Change Management plus Training & Development.

Bruce supports organisations going through periods of change by delivering bespoke Embracing Change Programmes that include providing Career Transition Support to employees at risk of redundancy and guidance for Senior Managers on rebuilding their teams.

Catherine Smith

Following a challenging and rewarding corporate career, Catherine has successfully coached senior leaders and executives in both 1:1 and group settings.

With a personal interest in Emotional Intelligence and its significant impact on Performance and , Leadership Catherine’s experience includes working with individuals and teams to develop Leadership Styles and characteristics; delivering rapid impact in new roles; development of Personal Branding; as well as supporting Technical Specialists into first Leadership Roles.

Helen Smith - Affilliate CIPD

With over 25 years of HR management experience in the hospitality industry in the UK and Europe, Helen is a versatile generalist with a proven track record in all aspects of people management.

She has set up and led the HR function in pre and post opening of new-build hotel businesses, developed the function in established businesses and has also handled the TUPE process from both acquisition and disposal perspectives.

 


Sarah O'Hara - FCMI

Sarah is successful manager with experience in management auditing and change management. Having managed operational and HR Teams (Payroll and Benefits) Sarah has an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by managers and good practical hands-on HR and management skills.

The combination of the knowledge Sarah gained as a Management Auditor and her management experience make her well equipped to support major change initiatives, mergers, acquisitions and restructures to deliver results. Sarah is passionate about quality and customer service and believes the devil is in the detail.

Sarah has a Management Diploma and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
She is also a licensed MAP (Management Assessment of Proficiency) Assessor.
