  • Acknowledge & screen ALL applicants
  • Organise and conduct 1st interviews – to DVD
  • Organise second interviews
  • Handle all rejected & on-hold applicants
  • Create & send offer letters (if required)
  • Apply for references (if required)

Living CV

This is a unique concept available to everyone from employers, job-hunters, self-employed consultants or career advisers. The Living CV gives individuals the opportunity to sell themselves to prospective customers, employers or employees via a DVD.

Employers - How would you like to sell your company vision to both prospective and existing employees? Or if you are in the unfortunate position of having to reduce your workforce, how would you like to help your affected staff find an alternative position as quickly as possible?

Job Hunters - How would you like the opportunity to single out your CV from the hundreds that a company receives each year?

Career Advisers - How would you like an opportunity to help your client, whatever their educational background, to highlight their talents to prospective employers.

The Living CV involves capturing a 4/5 minute discussion which can be on DVD, Youtube or your own cloud server, covering your key skills & future aspirations, by an experienced interviewer.
The DVD/link along with your individual CV can then be forwarded to potential employers.
