Training & Development

Training & Development is an essential on-going requirement for any company wishing to maximise the performance of their Management & non-Management staff.

The CMI’s report ‘The Business Benefits of Management & Leadership Development’ (February 2012) found “that there is considerable scope for improving the effectiveness of UK management, and that, by doing so organisational performance will improve.” The report detailed that only 57% of the manager across all organisations were rates as effective or highly effective, with 80% of these managers being in high performing organisations. One of the reports key recommendations was that organisations need to “assess managers against success criteria before, during and after the development intervention.”

Noble HR Solutions provide cost effective and interactive training solutions that are tailor-made to suit individual client needs. Using MAP Assessment as part of any management development programmes identifies the training required and provides a quantifiable return on investment.

Our current Training & Development Catalogue is available as a digital brochure. Bespoke Training & Development initiatives can be developed to meet individual requirements.

Helen Jones

"Early in 2005 I decided to look for new career opportunities to allow me to broaden my business experience. A key aspect to obtaining my current position, as Business Manager for the newly formed Photon Science Institute, at the University of Manchester, were the discussions I had with Julie Noble of Noble HR Solutions. Julie helped me to polish and refine my impact at interview, as well as bring out the essential elements of my C.V. I highly recommend anyone currently in the process of looking for new employment, particularly if it has been several years since your last interview, to contact Julie who will be able to help with the important steps of securing an interview and performing successfully on the day."
